Nite Train Disco is a professional, reliable and fun disco with decades of experience suitable for any occasion or event.

Your Event

We can cater for weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, theme nights, school discos.... in fact, any occasion you would like to celebrate.

The Show

We have a sound & light show suitable for any venue from a full stage to the corner of a function room. Our setup is adaptable and versatile.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I book you for my event?

    Send us an email, give us a call, send us a message.


    We will send you a confirmation of booking form. Simply complete, return, pay a £75 deposit and we will take care of the rest.

  • How do I pay for my booking?

    This can be paid in advance by Bank Transfer or pay us your cash balance on the day...... Your choice!

     This is detailed in the confirmation letter and Contract.

  • What music do you play?

    Nite Train Disco has a large music collection covering all genres of music.  If you wish, you are more then welcome to provide us with a playlist or feel free to leave it to our experience to read the crowd / dancefloor.


    We also can provide theme nights -  60s, 70s, 80s, & 90s or any other theme you want for your occasion.


    We do encourage guests to make requests during  the day / evening.

  • How long do you need to set up and pack away?

    Nite Train Disco will require adequate time for the installation and dismantling of the equipment. This amount of time will depend on the type of event, access and amount of equipment required. (normally at least sixty minutes either side of start & finish time of the function) If you or the venue has any special requirements for setting up or times of access, please advise us on booking.

  • How much room do you need?

    To Accommodate the full Nite Train set up, A space of 3m (10ft) in length, 2m (7ft) in depth, and 2m (7ft) in height is required. Nite Train Disco can fit in smaller spaces but may not appear as advertised in any images. We will do our up most to work with any space constraints there maybe.

  • Can you provide a full wedding package?

    Yes. Nite Train specialises in being your 'one stop shop' for all your needs for that special night. Please contact us to discuss in more detail.


    We work with selected industry partners that can provide suitable caterers, photographers, LED dance floors, table / chair covers and venue decorations.

  • What kind of lighting do you have?

    Nite Train Disco uses LED Lights that are suitable for all venues and function rooms. If you  require additional uplighting for the venue, this can be discussed / arranged on booking.

  • Are you on social media?

    Yes, we are on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. See links on the contact and home pages.

  • Can you recommend any venues?

    Yes. We would be happy to help in your search for a great venue, after all we've been to most of them!

  • Are you insured, Do you have music broadcast rights?

    Absolutely. Nite Train Disco has public liability insurance, holds a Music Licence and our equipment is safety inspected to required standards. (copies of the above can be produced, if required, for your chosen venue in advance).

  • Can I cancel or move my booking?

    You can call us to move the date of your booking if your plans change and we will transfer your deposit.

    If you need to cancel your booking then the following will apply:

    • 6 months before the event: Deposit refunded in full.
    • 3 months before the event: 25% of deposit refunded.
    • Less than 3 months before the event : Deposit not refundable.
